 BUSTED & CUFFED
Presented By

James David Barnett, 24, BUSTED & CUFFED in Alvin, Texas for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Jail records show his bail is only $333.00 bet it also notes that Bond is Not Applicable.  We assume that means the judge wants James to stick around for some reason and enjoy the accomodations in the Crossbar Hotel.

39-year old Mark Glenn Gullett was BUSTED & CUFFED over in La Porte, Texas yesterday for drug possession. He is charged in the local municipal court, his bond was set at $1,500.00 but the next day he is still enjoying the new friends and inmates in the Crossbar Hotel.

Robert Lee Harrell, 55, was also BUSTED & CUFFED by the La Porte Police.  They charged his with possession of drug paraphernalia and set his bail at $562.00 in their municipal court.  The next day he is still in their Crossbar Hotel.  La Porte must have very nice accomodations.  Seems their inmate just want to hang around there instead of going home.

James and Mark could be a couple

I don't get it. I see people busted all the time for drug paraphernalia and yet, I've never seen a Leo walk in a smoke shop and bust them for selling it. What am I missing here? It's ok to be selling it but don't be caught on the road with it? Hummm, double standard...
