Austin County Sheriff’s Office Receives Donation
On November 27, 2017, the
Austin County Sheriff’s Office was honored with a visit by Terry Pickering, a
Law Enforcement Consultant with Texas Association of Counties, also known as
TAC. During his visit, he provided each
of our Sheriff’s Office employees with a stainless steel water bottle donated
by Celebration Church in Georgetown, TX.
Celebration Church has purchased
thousands of these bottles. Working with numerous county emergency management
offices, has generously donated the bottles to Sheriff’s Offices across the
state in those areas affected by the recent hurricane floods.
Sheriff Jack Brandes and the
Austin County Sheriff’s Office greatly appreciates the support and generosity
of Celebration Church for providing such a useful item during a time of
recovery and to be used in our daily operations.
