On November 16, 2017, deputies with Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 5400 block of Pine Arbor Drive. The driver of the vehicle identified as Alejandro Paloma was immediately detained, and was found to be in possession of marijuana and a handgun.  A passenger inside of the vehicle exited and ran, however Constable Deputies conducted a search of the area and the second suspect identified as Darrell McGaffie was apprehended after a brief chase with the assistance of a Precinct 4 K9.

“Alejandro Palomo was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Unlawful Carry of a Weapon and Possession of Marijuana. His bond is set at a total of $1,500.00 out of County Court 002. Darrell McGaffie was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Evading Arrest with a Previous Conviction. His received no bond out of the 339th District Court.” –
