luncheon in the presence of a packed Shirley Acres Banquet Hall.
Constable Herman received Awards for the work his Deputies did during Hurricane
Harvey with regard to policing and rescue operations, and also for the work
his Undercover Investigative Units have accomplished combating
prostitution in the Precinct 4, North Harris County area.
