This past weekend, during a few hour period, Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office Traffic Enforcement Division conducted four different traffic stops during the night shift. Contact with each vehicle revealed the driver was impaired and each investigation led to the arrest of the impaired drivers for the offense of Driving While Intoxicated.  All defendants were taken into custody without incident, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

“Our Constable Deputies are specifically trained for Impaired Driver Enforcement.” If you choose to drink and drive impaired here in Precinct 4, then you choose to go to jail”. Said Constable Mark Herman.

All 4 suspects arrested were identified as, Deibys Ereu, Scott Broadwell, David Love, and Errol Jones.
