On August 16, 2017, a deputy with Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 23300 block of Aldine Westfield Drive in reference to an Indecent Exposure call at a local barber shop.  

 

Deputies met with the complainant, the mother of 3 young children who told deputies that the male barber identified as Jeremiah Siqueido kept taking numerous breaks while cutting her children’s hair and would walk into a back room. At one point the mother followed the suspect and looked into the room and observed him to be masturbating while staring in the direction of her and her children.


"Jeremiah Siqueido was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Indecent Exposure with a Child. His bond is set at $5,000.00 out of the 230th District Court.”                                  Constable Mark Herman
