Details:

On April 17, 2017, deputies with Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office stopped a vehicle for running a stop sign in the 18500 block of Burgandy Sky Way.  During the initial contact with the occupants of the vehicle, deputies could smell a strong odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle, and detained both suspects identified as Raul Bahena and Jovani Salgado.  While searching the vehicle for narcotics, deputies located stolen property including a 60” television, an ID card belonging to the complainant, and 0.042 oz. of Marijuana. The complainant was contacted at work, and responded to his home confirming that his home had been burglarized and that the recovered property was stolen.
