Pflugerville police announced they have made an arrest in the attempted kidnapping of two girls near an elementary school Wednesday morning.

Justin Michael Johnson, 23, has been charged with two counts of attempted aggravated kidnapping, second-degree felonies.

Police said that Johnson has confessed to an attempted kidnapping about 7:15 a.m. Wednesday on the hike-and-bike trail on Quiet Water Pass, which is off Kelly Lane just east of Texas 130.
