HOUSTON -- The second suspect in Tuesday's shooting at the Lone Star College North Harris campus has been arrested. Overnight, Trey Foster was taken into custody in Plano without incident.
Officials tell Eyewitness News that Foster, 22, was tracked by the Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Task Force to a friend's house in Plano, where he was arrested at around 1:20am. He made a court appearance in Plano and is now being brought back to Houston.
Plano police and the East Texas Fugitive Task Force assisted in the arrest.
Foster is charged with two counts of aggravated assault. Investigators also say the gun used in the shooting was recovered during the arrest.
