Trey Foster, 22, earlier misidentified by court documents as Terry, is now charged with two counts of aggravated assault. He is not yet in custody. The other suspect, Carlton Berry, 22, is also charged with two counts of aggravated assault.

According to court documents, Foster and Berry were walking on campus together when a male student named Jody Neal bumped into Foster and an argument ensued. About a half an hour later, Berry told investigators that he and Foster saw Neal again and the argument continued. That's when court documents state Foster starting shooting at Neal.
