Crime Stoppers and investigators with the Houston Police Department's Homicide Division will host a press conference today to address the 2012 murder of Houston grandmother Norma Jean Scott.
Norma Jean Scott disappeared on or about the 29th or 30th of August in 2012. Members of the 48 year old grandmother's family, and a volunteer search and recovery team, searched Scott's Fifth Ward Neighborhood, until her body was found on September 3, 2012. The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences later confirmed the body belonged to Scott following an autopsy.
