TOMBALL, TX - A 34-year-old man accused of raping and bludgeoning a Tomball woman to death with a sledgehammer in 2003 was in court Thursday.

Sandra Rochelle Williams' hands were tied behind her back with a pair of panties, and a pair of jeans tied her right wrist to her left ankle, records state. Police found a sledgehammer found at the scene was used in the murder.
