Surveillance Video in Aggravated Robbery at 9348 Long Point Road

Houston police have released surveillance video and are asking for the public's help in identifying two suspects wanted in an aggravated robbery at 9348 Long Point Road about 7:10 p.m.on August 11.

The suspects are described only as Hispanic males.  One is about 5 feet 10 inches tall, 200 pounds with short hair.  He wore a blue football jersey with #81 and shorts.  The second male was wearing a black tank-top T-shirt and sunglasses.  Both were last seen in a 2001 to 2007 tan Nissan or Toyota four-door sedan.

The surveillance video of both suspects can be viewed on the HPD YouTube Channel at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zHDUzGwa1mw

The male victim, 28, suffered stab wounds and was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital in serious condition.

The victim was standing outside the "Stop and Shop" convenience store with a friend when the friend got into an argument with several suspects.  One of the suspects then got into a physical fight with the friend.  The victim watched the fight and, as he tried to intervene, a second suspect walked up to him and stabbed him in the chest area.  The suspects then fled the scene in their vehicle.  The victim was taken to the hospital by HFD paramedics.  Further investigation determined the victim was robbed of an unknown amount of money.

Anyone with information in this case or on the identity of the wanted suspect is urged to contact the HPD Robbery Division at 713-308-0700 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.

At 10 a.m. TODAY (Tuesday, Nov. 26), an investigator in the HPD Robbery Division will be available to answer questions in this case at the HPD Westside Patrol Station, 3203 South Dairy Ashford.
