KEMAH - A man on a motorcycle who ran from a State Trooper last may, then spent several months in the hospital recovering from injuries when he crashed in League City, has finally been arrested.

Lorenzo Rafeal Earwin, 27, fled from State Trooper Adrian Garza when Garza tried to stop him for a traffic violation.  A high speed chase ensued and Earwin 'wiped out' when he lost control of his motorcycle.  He was flown to a Houston hospital with life threatening injuries.

Following his release from the hospital Earwin was located in Seabrook by a deputy with Constable Jerry Fisher's League City Office.  McCammon, with assistance of Kemah and Seabrook Police, stopped Earwin in his vehicle atop the Intercoastal Canal Overpass between Kemah and Seabrook.

Earwin remains in the Galveston County Jail under $50,000.00 bail charged with fleeing from police on a motor vehicle.
