Fort Bend County Crime Stoppers

Special Crime Alert!

Fort Bend County Crimes Stoppers, Inc. will pay up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of the subjects involved a shooting case in Arcola.

At 10:20 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 19, 2014, Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a Taqueria El Taco Regio, located in the 5200 block of FM 521 in the City of Arcola, assisting the Arcola Police Department in a fatal shooting incident.

Upon arrival, deputies found one man fatally wounded and his father suffering from a gunshot wound.

The victim was identified as Kenny Perez, 30.

Perez and his father got into an altercation with four men who were seated in the restaurant and shots were fired.

Sheriff’s Office deputies are seeking information four persons of interest. One subject is a Hispanic male, about 5-feet, 8-inches tall with a slender build. He was wearing red pants and a blue shirt that had a prominent logo on the front. He had closely cropped hair and was wearing a necklace made of beads.

Another subject is slightly taller, has a bigger build and is about the same height. He was wearing a blue synthetic jacket and had sunglasses on top of closely cropped hair. He also is a Hispanic male.

Two other Hispanic males were in the group that got into the confrontation.

One is about 5-feet, 9-inches tall and has a slender build. He was wearing a blue shirt open at the collar and dark pants. He had a crew cut hairstyle.

The other subject was wearing a plaid shirt with a blue baseball cap and dark pants. He also was wearing a synthetic material jacket.

One of the subjects may have the first name of Sergio.

Information which leads to the apprehension and filing of charges on the subjects involved could earn a reward of up to $5,000.
