I found my good friend $ 594.00 and left him a happy text message!
Found  another good friend on Facebook $3000.00. She was happy.
You can leave your friends some happy messages too.
Just Google unclaimed property state of Texas, It will take you the Texas Comptrollers page, click on the Search button on the left. Put your last name in and let it rip.
Narrow your search by city. You can put a business in, a city, or county, and famous family names.
One thing I did notice in my searches is that our local banks, colleges and foundations really do give back and are very generous. The claims you’ll see are just the ones that were lost so they are just the tip of the iceberg of the generosity taking place in Galveston County.
Many thanks to the Moody,  Amergy, Texas First, Hometown and Regions Banks for their gifts.
Turned out yesterday was a fun, informative rainy day that I wanted to share with all of you..
Here is a link to the E- edition for your convenience.

Independent Candidate for Galveston County Judge

Thank you for sharing this. I found 239.00 that I had forgotten was owed to me.

If you can find this kind of money, I'd like to see what you could do for Galveston County.

Do you have a website?

It will take more then Pennys from Heaven to equal the money Galveston County pays out due to employee misconduct.
