HUTTO, TX - Hutto police have charged an off-duty Department of Public Safety trooper with driving while intoxicated Sunday night.

Trooper Shannon Gray was arrested about 10 p.m. on Texas 79 in Hutto, according to  Lt. Dwayne Jones of the Hutto Police Department.

The Williamson County attorney's office said the arrest affidavit on Gray will be released later. DPS has declined to comment on the incident.

Comments:
She sure has not even one appearance of being intoxicated in her mug shot.

This is truly a shame! These are the main officers we trust to keep drunken scumbags off our highways.

Hmmmm Hmmmm Hmmmmm! What happened to the Brother hood.. Its a shame, I guess Hutto Texas doesn't have any Real Crime or any Real criminals so they have to do things like this.... Hope the officer makes the HUTTO Police Officer of the Year!!!! makes me sick!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't see what the big deal is. Mccraw allowed the Ranger Chief to retire honorably after being involved in a DWI related accident recently. Do you honestly believe he is going to take action on this. Also Mccraw allows two female officers who were involved intimately with each others to carry out investigations on male officers. Specifically an OIG Investigator and the head EEOC officer. DPS is a damn shame and now I know why the FBI got rid of McCrawfish.
