Odessa, TX - A 51 year old female prisoner was found dead in her cell yesterday morning at the Ector County Corrections Center. Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal Phill Maxwell said that Vickie Faye Purcell was discovered at around 7:10am by a corrections officer who was making rounds after breakfast time Monday morning.
