Laack stripped to become nude to avoid arrest, exposed herself, assaulted a police officer, and got arrested -- all in the space of a few minutes. And police heard her tell one of the children it was all his fault. The only thing that could possibly make the situation more embarrassing or condemnatory for Julia E. Laack would have been if the entire series of events had been captured on video.
