According to the report, the victim, who lived in the Pecan Grover subdivision, was awakened by the sound of a car horn coming from her vehicle.
She went to her bedroom window and saw the interior light of her car on and she also saw a grey Dodge truck parked on the roadway in front of her house and two suspicious males nearby.
She wrote down the license plate of the truck and contacted the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office. The two men drove off in the Dodge truck but were located shortly thereafter in the 1100 block of Alexandria Ct. by Fort Bend Deputies. During the course of this investigation Detectives recovered a substantial amount of property stolen by the two men, Andrew Brasseur and Zackary Allen, resulting in the clearance of approximately 9 other burglary of motor vehicles cases that occurred this same night in the Pecan Grove Subdivision.
Andrew Philip Brasseu, 18, of Pecan Grove, was placed in custody for Public Intoxication ($200.00 Bond) and will face additional charges of Burglary of a Motor Vehicle.
Detectives obtained an arrest warrant issued by the Honorable Judge Gary Geick for, Zachary Harrison Allen, 18, of Pecan Grove. Allen is currently being held in the in the Fort Bend County Jail for 1-count of Burglary of a Motor Vehicle, $30,000 bond.
