Benjamin Dejesus Guevara, 22, of Beasley, Texas is in Galveston County Jail in lieu of $40,000 bond for the sexual assault of a teenage girl he met on the internet.

Authorities in Texas City say Guevara went to the girl's home in Texas City while her parents were away and that 's where the assault took place. The girl is 13-years old.
