WEST COLUMBIA - A Pledger man was arrested Thursday when West Columbia police stopped him for a traffic violation and searched his car.

Jarvis Mack, 23, gave officers consent to search his car and the found a small amount of crack cocaine worth about $60. He was jailed and charged with drug possession.
