On May 25, Deputies C. Evans and L. Ray were dispatched to the 23500 block of Hwy 59 in reference to a criminal trespass.  The Deputies were informed by the manager that a male was in the store that had an active trespass warning against him.  The Deputies located the male suspect and were escorting him out the store when three males interfered. The male suspect ran from the store with the Deputies pursuing him.  The male was located and was able to evade detention again.  He was pursued on Ford Road where he was subdued.  The 19 year old male from Porter was arrested at 2:13am, charged with evading detention/arrest and criminal trespass.  He was taken to jail.
On May 25, Deputy S. Ortiz was sent to the 17600 block of Hunters Trail in reference to a possible kidnapping.  Several other Deputies assisted in attempting to locate a nine year old male that was missing for a few hours.  Witnesses in the area advised a gray vehicle had stopped and the child got into the vehicle with a male and female.  The child was later located with a female who lived in the area.  The female had seen the child in the front yard and took him to her residence.  She made no attempt to contact the parents.  The 20 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 4:58pm, charged with unlawful restraint and taken to jail.
On May 25, Deputy C. Curry was notified of a family violence assault in the 22500 block of Cuttler Road.  The Deputy made contact with a male and female on location who advised they had gotten into a verbal argument that turned physical.  The male had several red marks on his chest where the female had hit him.  The 19 year old female from Pasadena was arrested at 11:58pm and transported to jail.
On May 26, Deputy J. Walker responded to the 9200 block of Faulkner Road in reference to a family violence assault call.  The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised her husband had slapped her because he was mad at her.  The male claimed the female was his wife and he could slap his own wife.  The 43 year old male from Cleveland was arrested at 1:54am and transported to jail.
On May 26, Deputy R. Meredith was sent to the 23400 block of Johnson Road for a family violence assault call.  The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she and her boyfriend got into a verbal argument.  At sometime during the argument the male grabbed the female by the neck and struck her on the head.  The 33 year old male from New Caney was arrested at 10:17am and transported to jail.
On May 26, Deputy C. Turrentine was dispatched to an indecent exposure call in progress northbound on Hwy 59 near Community Drive.  A female complainant on a cell phone advised a male kept pace with her vehicle exposing himself to her for several miles.  The male was stopped in the 14700 block of Old Hwy 59 in Splendora.  The 38 year old male from Cleveland was arrested at 6:19pm, charged with indecent exposure and taken to jail.
On May 26, Deputy J. Chapa was notified about two subjects trying to shop lift and causing a scene in the 23500 block of Hwy 59.  The Deputy located the male and female and found both to be intoxicated.  They were both detained.  The male was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and the female was found to be in possession of a dangerous drug.  The 26 year old male and 24 year old female, both from Conroe, were arrested at 8:20pm and transported to jail.
On May 27, Deputy C. Evans responded to the 23200 block of FM 1314 in reference to a family violence assault call.  The Deputy located the male suspect walking down the road and detained him. The Deputy met with a female complainant, mother of the suspect, who stated that her son was very angry over a family problem and grabbed her by the throat and squeezed.  The female said she was choking and as she began to pass out the male let her go. The 22 year old male from Porter was arrested at 2:40am and transported to jail.
On May 27, Deputy A. Cross was dispatched to the 23500 block of Hwy 59 in reference to a shop lifter in custody call.  The Deputy met with the loss prevention officer who was detaining a male.  The male had taken $20.00 worth of merchandise.  The male had two prior convictions for theft.  The male was also found to be in possession of a dangerous drug and a controlled substance.  The 30 year old male from Humble was arrested at 7:33pm and transported to jail.
On May 27, Deputy R. Ashmore was sent to the 14500 block of FM 1485 in reference to a burglary which had occurred earlier.  The male suspect had been located and was detained.  The male had broken into his cousin's residence and taken money.  The 19 year old male from Splendora was arrested at 8:42pm and taken to jail.
On May 29, Deputy C. Turrentine was notified of a burglary in the 25600 block of Lake Shore.  The Deputy met with a Splendora PD officer who was detaining a male that had burglarized a shed and had pawned the items taken.  The 24 year old male from Splendora was arrested at 2:49pm and transported to jail.
Warrants served:
A 21 year old male from Porter was arrested at 11:53am, May 26, in the 20400 block of Ravenwing Drive by Deputy J. Amstutz for an obstructing police probation violation warrant out of Montgomery County.  The Deputy was on a warrant service.  The male was transported to jail.
A 38 year old female from New Caney was arrested at 5:31pm, May 26, in the area of Loop 494 and Farris Green by Deputy R. Layman for a theft warrant out of Harris County.  The female had been stopped on a traffic violation.  She was taken to jail.
A 40 year old male, unknown address was arrested at 12:00pm, May 27, in the 22100 block of Spears Road by Deputy J. Amstutz for an assault warrant out of Montgomery County.  The male had been stopped on a traffic violation.  He was taken to jail.
A 42 year old male from New Caney was arrested at 9:36am, May 28, in the area of Gene Campbell and Tree Monkey by Deputy R. Layman for five (5) traffic warrants out of Montgomery County JP 4.  The male had been stopped on a traffic violation. He was transported to jail.
A 24 year old male from Porter was arrested at 8:28pm, May 28, in the 3200 block of Santana Lane by Deputy A. Cross for a possession of a controlled substance warrant out of Montgomery County.  The Deputy was on a warrant service. The male was transported to jail.

District 4 - Lt. David Park (West County)

On 05/30/09 Deputy Kerr responded to a Burglary of a Building on Decker Prairie Rosehill in Pinehurst.  The Deputy met with the complainant who advised him that the back office window along with an inside window were both shattered .  A computer and monitor were stolen.  The office building has a surveillance system installed and it shows a white male leaving the outside of the building at approximately 1215 hours on 05/30/09 with what appeared to be a computer and a monitor.  Referred to CID Detectives.
On 05/30/09 Deputy Crandell responded to a Fraudulent Use of Identifying Information called in from the 30000 Block of High Meadow Drive in Magnolia.  The Deputy met with the complainant who advised him that when the complainant tried to collect his social security benefits, he was advised by the Social Security Administration that his social security number is being used by someone in Hudson, Ohio.  Because this individual was receiving paychecks from a company there, the complainant could not apply for social security benefits.  The complainant advised the Deputy that he has never worked for a company in Hudson, Ohio and had not given anyone permission to use his social security number.  No suspects at this time - referred to CID Detectives.
On 05/25/09 Deputy Gonzalez responded to a Theft in the 9500 Block of Clubhouse Circle in the Lake Windcrest Subdivision, a new construction site.  The Deputy met with the complainant who advised him he had been working at this site as a carpenter. When the complainant returned he found all his tools gone along with the chain and lock.  Value of missing tools approximately $1750.  No suspects at this time - referred to CID Detectives.
On 05/25/09 Deputy Krolczyk responded to a Burglary of a Building in the 29000 Block of Brownsville in the Decker Hills Subdivision.  The Deputy met with the complainant who advised her that on that morning when she got up she noticed her shed door open and found someone had stolen her chainsaw.  The complainant did not notice any other items missing.  She did advise the Deputy that two days prior someone had tried to steal her convertor off her vehicle.  The Deputy observed the open door and pry marks on the inside of the door and wood missing.  No suspects at this time - referred to CID Detectives.
On 05/25/09 Deputy Slusher and Deputy Krolczyk responded to assault-family violence on Highland Blvd in Magnolia.  The Deputies met with the complainant who told deputies that her husband had threatened her with a bottle.  The suspect gave deputies a false name but Deputy Slusher found that there was a warrant for the suspect in Harris County. While restrained by handcuffs and a seatbelt the suspect began kicking the inside of the patrol car's door.  The suspect tried to free himself by kicking and pushing against both Deputy Krolcyzk and Deputy Slusher.  The suspect was arrested and charged with Resisting Arrest/Transport, Fail to Identify (Fugitive), and Assault (Family Violence).

District 5 - Lt. Don Lacy   (Northwest County)

On 05/24/2009 Cpl. J. Bruce and Dep. A. Neeley were dispatched to a residence on Sweet Bay in reference to a disturbance.  When they arrived they met with a female who told them that she had been told that there was a threat on her life.  She found that the threat was not creditable. A routing check of the female deputies found that she had an Open/Active warrant for assault.  The female was taken into custody for the warrant and transported to the MCSO Jail.
On 05/26/2009 Dep. D. Garner was dispatched to a motor vehicle crash near Tejas Blvd and SH 105 West.  While speaking with the driver of one of the vehicles involved in the crash the deputy observed obvious signs of intoxication.  The female driver advised she missed the curve in the roadway and struck the other vehicle.  The deputy administered standard field sobriety tests on scene which the driver failed to complete appropriately.  She was taken into custody for DWI and transported to the MCSO Jail. 
On 05/29/2009 Dep. D. Garner and Dep. P. Rex were dispatched to the 1600 block of Sapp Road.  Upon arrival they located a flatbed trailer with ATV's on board abandoned in the middle of the roadway.  A short distance from the trailer was a pickup truck also abandoned in the roadway with the keys still in the vehicle.  The deputies found the registered owner of both vehicles and the ATV's.  The owners both advised their property had been stolen.  The stolen vehicles were recovered and processed for evidence.  The deputies advised the stolen pickup truck appeared to have been used to tow the trailer loaded with the stolen ATV's.  All the vehicles were left abandoned in the roadway when the trailer had a flat tire.  Montgomery County Auto Theft Task Force was advised of this incident.

Possession of Marijuana/Controlled Substance/Public Intoxication Arrest(s):
5/19 - Dep. Uber arrested WM 20 at 5200 Research Forest Drive for Possession of Marijuana.  The suspect was found to be in possession of 1.25 oz of marijuana and two smoking pipes.  The suspect was also issued a Criminal Trespass Warning for the Bear Branch Sports Park.  The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
5/23 - Dep. Wakefield arrested WF 19 and WM 20 in the 600 block of Sawdust Road for Possession of Marijuana.  While working the "Click It or Ticket" patrol, Dep. Wakefield noticed both the driver and the passenger of the suspect vehicle were not wearing their seatbelts.  He conducted a traffic stop at that time intending to write both citations for seatbelt violations.  During the course of the stop the suspects were found to be in possession of .30 oz of marijuana.  Both suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Evading Arrest(s):
5/19 - Dep. Swank arrested BM34 after responding to a Trespasser call in the 10900 block of Sleepy Hollow.  Dep. Swank located a person matching the description of the suspect and attempted to get his identification at which time the suspect took off running.  The suspect stated that he ran from Dep. Swank because he thought he had open warrants for his arrest.  He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without further incident.
5/19 - Dep. Runnels arrested WM 27, WM 28 and WM 26 after responding to a Criminal Mischief call at 2301 S. Millbend Drive.  The suspects were attempting to break into the soda machine in the laundry room.  When they saw the deputies they took off running.  The suspects were apprehended and transported to the Montgomery County Jail charged with Criminal Mischief and Evading.

Driving While Intoxicated Arrest(s):
5/20 - Dep. Flores arrested WF31 in the 27000 block of I-45 North.  Dep. Flores and Dep. Beasley responded to an Assist other Agency (EMS) in reference to a possible Drunk Driver.  During the Field Sobriety Tests, the driver was too intoxicated to follow the instructions and perform the tests correctly.  The subject was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
5/25 - Dep. Runnels arrested WM31 in the 28000 block of I-45. During the Field Sobriety Tests, the driver was too intoxicated to follow the instructions and perform the tests correctly.  The subject was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
5/26 - Dep. Runnels arrested WM 23 in the 6100 block of Research Forest Drive.  Dep. Runnels was responding to a Motor Vehicle Accident.  During the Field Sobriety Tests, the driver was too intoxicated to follow the instructions and perform the tests correctly.  The subject was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Other Arrest(s):
5/12 - Dep. Armstrong arrested WF37 for Theft at 4775 W. Panther Creek.  The recovered merchandise was valued at $257.26.  The suspect was transported to Montgomery County Jail without incident.

District 3 - Lt. Jim Fleming (East County

On May 18, Deputy C. Evans observed a vehicle being driven erratically eastbound on FM 1314 near Partners Way.  The vehicle ended up in a ditch.  The male driver was found to be intoxicated.  The 35 year old male from Porter was arrested at 2:11am and charged with DWI.  A 37 year old female, also from Porter, that was in the vehicle was found to be intoxicated and was arrested by Deputy C. Curry. Both subjects were transported to jail.
On May 18, Deputy J. Walker was dispatched to the 23200 block of Sorters Road in reference to a family violence assault.  The original scene was on Buck Road. The Deputy met with a female complainant who stated she and her boyfriend had been arguing and that for no reason the male grabbed her arm and kicked her on the left side of her head. The boyfriend also struck her several times on the back of the head. The 25 year old male from Splendora was arrested at 2:50am and transported to jail.
On May 18, Corporal D. Miller was sent to the 25300 block of Billie Lee on a welfare concern.  The Deputy met with a female on location.  The Deputy located a male in the residence that had an active protective order on file on behalf of the female.  The 26 year old male from New Caney was arrested at 1:00pm and transported to jail.

On May 19, Deputy C. Evans observed a vehicle traveling southbound on Loop 494 and further that the vehicle ran through a red signal light without stopping.  The Deputy was able to stop the vehicle which contained two males who were both intoxicated.  The 31 year old male driver from Splendora was arrested at 2:34am and charged with DWI.  The 37 year old male passenger from Corsicana was also arrested and charged with public intoxication.  Both were taken to jail.
On May 19, Deputy C. Curry was notified of a welfare concern in the 24700 block of Holly Drive.  The Deputy was advised by a reportee that there was a male across the street that was yelling.  The Deputy observed the male to be intoxicated.  The 52 year old male from Porter was arrested at 5:59am and transported to jail.
On May 20, Deputy J. Amstutz, while working the Click It or Ticket program in the 24500 block of Loop 494 stopped a vehicle with a male driver not wearing a seat belt. The Deputy noticed a strong smell of marijuana emitting from the vehicle. The 22 year old male from Porter was arrested at 12:43pm, charged with possession of marijuana and transported to jail.
On May 21, Deputy R. Ashmore was dispatched to an attempt to locate a possible drunk driver in the area of FM 1314 and Gene Campbell.  According to a witness the driver was seen driving erratically.  The female driver was located and stopped. She was belligerent to the Deputy and was found to be intoxicated.  The 47 year old female from Kingwood was arrested at 9:19pm, charged with DWI and transported to jail.
On May 22, Deputy J. Armstrong was sent to the 19600 block of FM 1485 in reference to an assault in progress.  The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she came home and found her new female roommate intoxicated and the apartment trashed.  The female complainant told the roommate to leave.  The complainant was then attacked by the female suspect who grabbed her by the hair, pulling her out of a chair. The female suspect struck the complainant several times on the arms.  The complainant was then hit with a broom on the back of the head and the forehead leaving a laceration.
The 36 year old female from New Caney was arrested at 8:41am and taken to jail.
On May 22, Deputy S. Ortiz responded to a theft call in the 23500 block of Hwy 59.  The Deputy met with the loss prevention officer who was detaining a male for shop lifting.  The male had been seen concealing items on his person and passed all points of sale before being detained.  The merchandise that was taken amounted to $75.46.  The 24 year old male from New Caney was arrested at 6:13pm and taken to jail.
On May 22, Deputy J. Chapa was dispatched to the 23500 block of Hwy 59 in reference to a welfare concern involving a male that appeared to be intoxicated.  The Deputy located the male and found him to be intoxicated.  The 52 year old male from New Caney was arrested at 7:20pm and transported to jail.
On May 22, Deputy S. Ortiz was notified of a disturbance in the 16300 block of First Street.  The Deputy was advised a female was knocking on people's doors causing the disturbance.  The Deputy had been to the location previously.  The female was located, found to be intoxicated and detained.  The 45 year old female from Splendora was arrested at 9:39pm and transported to jail.
On May 23, Deputy S. Ortiz was sent to the 16600 block of Springfield Drive in reference to a disturbance.  The Deputy met with a male and a female who were both intoxicated and were arguing over accidental damage to the female's vehicle by the male. The 25 year old female and 26 year old male both from Conroe were arrested at 9:10pm and transported to jail.
On May 24, Deputy A. Cross was dispatched to the 20100 block of Alexander Lane for a disturbance call involving an intoxicated male standing in the roadway and yelling at his family.  The Deputy located the male who was being belligerent and yelling at the Deputy.  The 19 year old male from Porter was arrested at 1:49pm and taken to jail.
Warrants served:
A 37 year old male from Porter was arrested at 10:15am, May 18, in the18400 block of Choctaw by Deputy C. Azwell for an evading arrest/detention warrant out of Montgomery County.  The Deputy was assisting serving another warrant at the time of arrest.  The male was transported to jail.
A 37 year old male from New Caney was arrested at 2:02pm, May 19, in the 22300 block of Russell Drive by Corporal D. Miller for a sexual assault of a child warrant out of Harris County.  The Deputy had received information on the location of the male.  The male was transported to jail.
A 23 year old female from Cleveland was arrested at 9:49pm, May 19, in the 23400 block of FM 1314 by Deputy H. Trammel for a theft of property by check out of Liberty County.  The Deputy was investigating a disturbance. The female was taken to jail.
A 51 year old male from New Caney was arrested at 8:25am, May 20, at the East County Sub-Station by Deputy K. Pickerill for an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon warrant out of Montgomery County.  The male turned himself in and was taken to jail.
A 49 year old male from Cleveland was arrested at 8:50am, May 21, in the 21100 block of Hwy 59 by Deputy R. Meredith for a DWI 3rd revoke probation warrant out of Montgomery County.  The Deputy was called to the probation office for the arrest.  The male was taken to jail.
A 28 year old male from New Caney was arrested at 12:49pm, May 21, in the 21100 block of Hwy 59 by Deputy C. Azwell for a driving while intoxicated warrant out of Montgomery County.  The Deputy was called to the probation office for the arrest.  The male was transported to jail.
A 49 year old male from Porter was arrested at 9:20pm, May 21, in the area of Loop 494 and Ford Road by Deputy S. Ortiz for an indecency with a child/exposure warrant out of Harris County.  The male had been stopped on a traffic violation.  He was taken to jail.
A 30 year old female and a 24 year old male both from Conroe were arrested at 6:20pm, May 23, in the area of Old Sorters Road and Sorters Road by Deputy J. Chapa.  The Deputy had stopped the female driver for a traffic violation.  She was wanted out of Harris County for a theft warrant and a possession of a dangerous drug warrant.  The male was a passenger in the vehicle and was also wanted for a theft warrant out of Harris County. Both subjects were transported to jail.
A 54 year old male from New Caney was arrested at 11:58am, May 23, in the 16800 block of FM 1485 by Deputy C. Turrentine for three (3) traffic warrants out of Montgomery County JP 4.  The Deputy was investigating a disturbance.  The male was transported to jail.
District 4 - Lt. David Park (West County)

On 05/20/09 Deputy Kerr responded to a Theft report received at the Montgomery County Sheriffs District 4 Office located in Magnolia.  Upon arrival to the District 4 office he met with the complainant who advised he had responded to a Consumer Research Program who instructed him to deposit a check for $3000 in his account they were sending him and then send them a money order for $2750.00 and he was to keep the difference to purchase items for the research program.    After two days the complainant checked his bank account and found the check the company had sent him was no good.  He called the phone number of the company and it had been disconnected.  No suspects at this time.  Referred to CID Detectives.
On 05/20/09 Deputy Slusher responded to a Burglary of a Habitation in the Wildwood Estates Subdivision.  Upon arrival he met with complainant who advised that sometime between 2330 hours on 05/19/09 and 0630 hours on 05/20/09 someone cut the chain on his gate and entered his yard without his permission.  This person entered his garage which was open and removed a 5000 watt generator.  Value of missing item estimated to be $900.  No suspects at this time - Referred to CID Detectives.
On 05/19/09 Deputy Suarz stopped a vehicle in the 37000 Block of Fawn Lane in Magnolia driving without headlights.  Upon his approach, he noticed a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle.  After the male driver was detained and hand restraints were placed on, permission was granted by the driver to search his vehicle.  A pat down of the driver was conducted before being put in the patrol car and two bags of approximately 55.2 marijuana were found in his clothes.  The 23 year old male from Magnolia was arrested and transported to jail. 
On 05/19/09 Deputy Slusher responded to a Burglary of a Building in the Spring Creek Forest Subdivision.  Upon arrival he met with the complainant who advised that on 05/17/09 she had noticed someone had pried open the wooden entry door to her garage and entered it without her consent.  Two chain saws ($230), cordless trim saw ($110), powered handsaw ($45.95), and five handsaws ($50) were missing.  There are no suspects at this time.  Referred to CID - Detectives.
On 05/18/09 Deputy Kerrr responded to a Burglary of a Habitation in 29000 Block of Abilene in Magnolia.  Upon arrival he met with the complainant who advised she had been out of town between the dates of 05/15/09 and 05/18/09.  Upon her return she did not immediately notice anything wrong until 05/19/09 at about 1100 hours she discovered pry marks on her back door that were not there prior to her leaving town.  The complainant then checked her jewelry box and discovered her husband's gold ring and her gold bracelet were missing.  The complainant noted that when she had returned home all the doors were secured and nothing in the home out of place.  There are no suspects at this time.  Referred to CID - Detectives.
On 05/18/09 Deputy Crandell responded to a Theft of a Firearm in the 19000 Block of Todd in Magnolia.  Upon arrival he met with the complainant who advised he last saw his Glock on 05/16/09 at approximately 0900 hours and when he returned home on 05/18/09 at approximately 1800 hours he found that the gun was missing.  Referred to CID - Detectives.   

District 5 - Lt. Don Lacy   (Northwest County)

On 05/20/2009 Dep. P. Rex was in the 18000 block of Highway 105 West when he observed a vehicle travelling toward him with high beams on.  The driver of the vehicle refused to dim the headlights at which time the deputy initiated a traffic stop.  Upon making contact with the driver of the vehicle the deputy observed the driver to show obvious signs of intoxication.  The driver advised he had been at two different bars in the area throughout the course of the night.  He was taken into custody for DWI and transported to the MCSO jail.
On 05/17/2009 Dep. J. Farmer met with an 82 year old victim.  The complainant advised that her credit cards and bank account were being used without her consent and that a credit card had been opened using her recently deceased husband's identity. Case referred to detectives.
On 05/17/2009 Dep. M .Jackson was dispatched to the 21000 block of Eva to meet with the father of a 16 year old child.  The father advised his son had been swimming with friends when he was approached by an older teenage male. The suspect "sucker punched" the sixteen year old.  The victim was treated for a broken jaw.  Case referred to detectives
On 05/15/2009 Dep. D. Garner was on Highway 105 West in the area of April Sound when he observed a vehicle traveling Eastbound on Highway 105 West.  The deputy clocked the vehicle at 71mph in a 60mph zone.  The deputy initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle.  The driver advised he did not have a driver's license or insurance.  As the driver spoke with the deputy he observed obvious signs of intoxication.  The driver refused to comply or perform field sobriety tests and was arrested for DWI.

District 6 - Lt. David Dottei (Town Center)

Shoplifting Arrest(s):
5/77 - Dep. Houston arrested WM15 at 1201 Lake Woodlands.  The recovered merchandise was valued at $129.95.  The suspect was transported to Montgomery County Juvenile Detention without incident.
5/21 - Dep. Birch arrested WF 17 at 1201 Lake Woodlands.  The recovered merchandise was valued at $397.  The suspect was transported to Montgomery County Jail without incident.
5/21 - Dep. Houstoun arrested WF 19 at 1201 Lake Woodlands.  The recovered merchandise was valued at $136.  The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
5/25 - Dep. Weatherford arrested WF19 and WF 18 at 1201 Lake Woodlands.  The recovered merchandise was valued at $277.  The suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
5/25 - Dep. Johnson arrested WM 34 at 3040 College Park Dr.  The recovered merchandise was valued at $199.50.  The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
