Webster Police have issued a bulletin for Michael Curtis Gregory, 37, of Houston, who is wanted in the robbery of a woman in the parking lot of Burlington Coat Factory Jan. 25.

Police said Gregory, whose last known address was in the 8900 block of Pecan Place Drive in Houston, is believed to be driving a four-door, dark colored Toyota passenger car with the Texas license plate RXD-078.
