It has come to my attention the man who caused this beautiful young person to depart from her loved ones far too early and had no charges filed against him.  He was only cited for failure to yield.  How can this be when beside failing to yield due to his hurriedness to get to an accident to perhaps pick up a tow, he failed to stop and render aid. This is truly an injustice to the family.
