THE WOODLANDS - Shortly after ten o'clock this morning a man walked into the Amegy Bank at 10223 Kuykendahl in The Woodlands and demanded money from the teller at gunpoint.

The robber was a white male, wearing a white colored short sleeve Tee shirt, light colored shorts, and sunglasses. He had salt and pepper gray colored hair, which may have been a wig, and a dark mustache.

The robber fled the bank on foot with an undisclosed amount of money, and was last seen walking in the direction of an apartment complex and business park located west of the bank.

The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Major Crimes Unit is investigating the robbery. Anyone with information should contact the Major Crimes Unit at 936-760-5876.
